Who We Are
The Ministry of Entrepreneurship, Entertainment and Talent Development (‘MoENT’) was established in 2020 as part of the Government’s targeted approach to promoting economic resilience through entrepreneurship. MoENT was created to support and develop the wealth of creative and innovative talent in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.
Here at MoENT, our mandate is to transform the Creative and Innovative Industries through entrepreneurship and economic value creation. Our core responsibility is to stimulate, promote and facilitate the business, trade, and investment activities of the Creative and Innovative Industries to help generate national wealth.
Whilst all creative and innovative talent is important to MoENT, we have identified the following 4 sectors as priority for business development and economic diversification: (1) Film and Photography; (2) Music and Entertainment; (3) Literary and Performing Arts; and (4) Technology and Innovation.
